Hi there!

I am a 38 year old math teacher. I live in New York and love meeting new people all over the world just like you! I also love going everywhere and learning about people who live differently than I do. I hope to make lots of friends here on CouchSurfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am looking to share stories and experiences with people from all over. I hope you would like to share some with me in my hometown or yours.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled a good deal during my life, but only recently did I go somewhere all alone without knowing anyone in the whole country! I spent my first night couchsurfing and it was such a welcoming experience. My host really helped me transition to my new surroundings and helped me remain calm during my new experience. I'm very appreciative to Sil and Family in Cancun!

Interests

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went rafting down a river on a bamboo raft in Thailand and slept on the beautiful red sand of the outback in Australia.

Teach, Learn, Share

I studied and taught martial arts for years and always love to find a new student, even if for a few minutes. I've also begun working on acro-yoga. My level enjoyment far surpasses my skill level at the moment.
