ABOUT ME

I grew up on an island in the Atlantic, surrounded by rocks, forests and fish. I've lived all over Canada, as well as Australia and Germany...I'm not sure I'll ever be able to stay in one place for too long.

Interests

Books, programming, hiking, languages, development issues, sustainability, soccer, swimming, squash, delicious beer, travel, et cetera. My biggest problems in life stem from the fact that I take interest in just about everything, and so have a hard time figuring out what I want to do with my life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw Space Shuttle Endeavour launch from Cape Canaveral on mission STS-118. I was working for the Canadian Space Agency that summer and they offered me free launch passes, so I naturally had to take it. Two friends and I drove from Montreal to Florida and back again, resulting in what was pretty much the most amazing week of my life.
