About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world to discover new ways of treating people using manual therapies

ABOUT ME

After traveling around, I have settled in France. Here, I enjoy the basics: family, friends and good food. I work treating my patients, teaching my students - working at a University - and traveling thanks to the research I do (makes me go to different countries to present my works)

PHILOSOPHY

I try taking one day at a time. Enjoy every moment. Avoid negative thoughts. No time for regret.

Easier some days than others!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My talent is that I am passionate about health. Not a health freak as such, I simply like sharing my knowledge on the human body, with simple ways we can be healthier and improve our quality of life.
By meeting people from different backgrounds, I get to know myself better.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had some great experiences throughout, especially in Europe, Asia and Australia. CS is such a great experience.

Interests

I love anything outdoors!! I am very serious about food and love sharing a meal with fellow CSers!

I enjoy taking photographs. I love listening to music. I am very talkative, so much to say, so little time!

Other faves include 1984, Animal Farm, and "A little million pieces" by James Frey.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am very proud to say that the one amazing thing in my life so far is that I do my very best to live my dreams. I am very lucky for that.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my knowledge of the body and health. May it be nutritional advice, lifestyle choices, personal training, or even basic massage techniques, I can help people out. I love explaining and answering people's questions about the human body. It's a fascinating machine!
Cooking and eating is such a good way of teaching, learning and sharing. Food plays a very important part in my life and I generally get on with people who enjoy a good meal (with a glass of wine of course)

I want to learn more about new ways of looking at humans! I have been trained in the West, and am a beginner in everything else...

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook for my friends, traditional French food or Asian fusion food. I love to learn about cooking too. I also like to share tips on going out, bars, restaurants...

I also love to do massages, so I am happy to show and share techniques!
