About Me
CURRENT MISSION
At the moment I´m on my third year of my Bachelor studies in Spanish Philology.
ABOUT ME
Open-minded and outgoing. Generally positively thinking - I believe there's always a solution. Times are sometimes hard but there's always a way. I especially like a quote of a writer whose book I'm reading. âLa vida siempre nos ofrece dos posibilidades: el dÃa y la noche, el águila o la serpiente, la construcción o la destrucción, el castigo o el perdón, pero siempre hay una tercera posibilidad oculta que unifica a las dos: descúbrela.â
I enjoy traveling and learning through living. I especially love meeting new people and sharing experiences and knowledges with them.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
At the moment I'm hosting, also open to show around or have a drink.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't surfed but since October we've had many wonderful people stayed at our flat and I'm enjoying the company of couchsurfers.
Interests
I'm highly interested in literature and languages which is pretty obvious since it's my speciality. But yet I feel I haven't read enough or that there's so much more to discover in this area. I also enjoy watching movies, especially documentaries or the ones that really affect you or change something in your thinking.
My passion is dancing. I've been doing it since I was little but since I was an impacient child I switched classes quite often. So, I've tried many styles, the ones I stayed with are Latin dances and Estonian folk dancing. Here in Santiago I joined a Galician folk dancing group.
And I have a great intrest in theatre. I love going to plays. I've also participated in groups of theatre and done some plays. Great times!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The world's a small place - you never know when you bump into someone you've met a year ago. A few days ago I was in Madrid and the first night out I met a friend I had accidentally met last year in my town. He's together with my brothers classmate who was also there, having two frinds from Estonia visiting. We're little but we're all around the world :).
Another thing, while living in Santiago de Compostela, I've realised that you see and meet so many wonderful people. Just sitting infront of the cathedral, enjoying some street musicians, by the end of the night you find that you've become friends with the travellers and pilgrims who sat right there with you enjoying the good music and the elusive karma of the city.
