Growing up...

ABOUT ME

As I always loved reading and having a lot of free time, I started studying litterature and politics. But now that I have started it, I really like my subjects and all the philosophical and political discussions we have and new horizons I discover, especially outside uni, even when I am staying at home. But that doesn't happen that often anyway - most of my holidays I spent on little Europe trips, even though I am still dreaming of Asia, Africa... Latin America. Just like everybody. I have lived at a couple of different places since I left school, from Paris to Berlin, then again Casblanca and now, very soon, Tenerifa. I don't have the 'one' big hobby, I rather join a lot of different sports, used to play theatre, sometimes I paint and I often go to a lot of exhibitions and little concerts in the lively Berlin world... But someone, who's always with me, no matter where I go, is my green bike! Okay, at least in the summer time...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I mostly use it when I travel, to meet local people and to sometimes find a good place to sleep. I'd love to host someone at my place one day, but so far I haven't tried it yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

There are so many interesting people to meet on CS, that I can't mention all. But I'll always remember the old hippie woman in the hills of Portugal, who built her own house up there, or the nights cooking for our Finnish hosts and hanging out with them... Everyone has always been so helpful to me, fetched me, showed me everything - much more than I expected.

兴趣

Even though - or because - I live in Berlin I really enjoy travelling or just being in the nature. Sometimes I go on camping-bike tours over the weekend and I tried a lot of different sports - climbing, sailing, soccer, basketball, dancing... But as a litterature student, I also love to read, but rather in the winter. Sitting still is not really one of my skills, so I am always on the run - concerts, poetry slams, meeting friends...

音乐、电影和书籍

The Adevntures of Huck Finn has been inspiring me since I am nine, then later I added The Life of Pi, the books of Leo Perutz and so many more... kind of impossible.

Into the Wild, Leaves of Grass, Inception, Moonrise Kingdom, Krabat, Ghostdog are some films I really liked, but I actually, I can't remember them all...

In music I like a lot which is around Reggae, Dub(step), Old School Hiphiop and Funk. Let's say from Cypress Hill to Damien Marley...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the most overwhelming landscapes I ever saw where the route between Marrakech and Ouarzazate right through the Gate of the Atlas: deep green valleys with tiny little villages to the left and high, snowy mountain ridges the right... and something, that really changed my world was my first snorkeling trip - a whole new world opened up under my feet. Incredible, what you can find down there!
