ABOUT ME

Travel is what I live my life around. I will usually know my travel plans up to two years in advance.

I do love to meet new people but I am also a person who needs my alone time, which is why I love couchsurfing, because travelling by yourself can be quite lonesome, but there's always people around to communicate with.

I like chatting about anything really, I'm interested most by what I don't know about and more so, by the passions of other people. It fascinates me to know what drives a person in what they do.

I'm easy going and flexible - if I'm travelling, there's not much to be worried about and life is good.

PHILOSOPHY

Big people talk about ideas. Good people talk about things. Small people talk about other people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to surf as much as possible, not because it's cheap or easy, that's really not a problem for me as my mum is a travel agent and gets good deals and does it all for me.

I want to surf because I hate being a tourist and I don't believe there is a better way to truly experience a city than to get the advice from a local who can tell you the things only a local would know.

I host occasionally but I live with my mum and it has to suit her as well.

I want to blend in to the culture as much as possible so that I get the most authentic experience - i think the goals of any couchsurfer.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had nothing but good experiences on this site - I've got friends all over the world now, some of whom have now staying with my family in other places and we've done exchanges as well!

Can never be bothered answering these cause lists are too extensive.

I will simply say that I am passionate about live music (all sorts), not a huge reader mostly because I have a wandering mind, and I try to support independent films outside of hollywood.
