Overview
About Me
I´m an English teacher from the US. I recently moved to Barcelona and am looking to explore as much of Europe as I can while I´m here.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm new to couchsurfing but I have always been fascinated by this way of traveling. I love traveling and meeting new people. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to combine the two. Not to mention by staying with someone you get a better feel for the culture and the city.
Interests
I want to see and experience as much as possible. I love music, concerts, the beach, traveling, volunteering, hiking, this list goes on...

Music, Movies, and Books
I love all kinds of music. My iPod goes from Mozart to Marilyn Manson and everything in between.
I also love all kinds of movies; what I want to watch changes with my mood but my favorite is Casablanca.
I really enjoy reading (though since becoming a teacher, I´m not reading as often as I would like). I´m trying to read all the classic books I should have read but never did. I´m currently on Casino Royale by Ian Fleming (I also might be rereading Sense and Sensibility also when I need a break from the spy stuff).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteered in Honduras. We were building a school building at an orphanage about 45 minutes outside the capital city. Definitely an eye-opening experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
We can definitely share with each other. Everyone has stories to tell, whether it be from their own travels or advice about their home city.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'd be happy to help anyone with their English. I'm also a great cook.
