About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learning to fly

ABOUT ME

The last half of the year I've been travelling across America and I've put everything to the web, on my blog: http://www.marekjezdzi.pl - there is a lot of info on my and who I actually am (yep, it's in english and polish) :)

PHILOSOPHY

that's a longer story :) Maybe we could sit by and talk about it. The first interesting thing about my philosophy is that we won't discuss it with a glass of beer. If You wanna know why, well, sit by and You'll see. Oh, and by the way, if You have any doubts - use the Nike Approach: Just do it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As fully as I can participate. I will always try to help a traveller, because I know the feeling. If I can't host - maybe I could help in some other way...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

One amazing thing about it was the fact, that everyone I've met through CS became my friend. Everyone was eager to help in one or another way. I can't stand still when something such great is happening :)

Interests

Traveling, Climbing, Mountains, Hiking. Capital letters are obligatory.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really into Rock, when it comes to music. So please, run to the hills, meet the princess of the night and let that lady in black smell the teen, spiritual smoke on the water.

It's hard for me to describe my interests in books and movies. It's too broad of a subject.

Right now I'm reading "The Journey of Crazy Horse"

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I lost a wallet and it was about 500km from home, couse I was on a trip. And there I was - no money or anything. Had to hitchhike home and when I returned the wallet was already there. Some freakin good people send it back faster than I could get back home. Never knew that the mail is so fast.

Teach, Learn, Share

Anything. Really, I'm not an expert at anything (sadly), but generally I know a bit of this and that. Look at my interests - I can help with that for sure. When it comes to Warsaw, woods or vertical rock walls - I'll help you survive and belive me, these things are pretty hard :)
