I'm a wanderer at heart, and feel the world is just too big and interesting not to explore it! I've been traveling for the past decade and for the most part prefer 'staycations' where I stay in one place for 1-4 months at a time.

I'm super clean and respectful of other people's space and property.

I'm couch surfing because I've had friends rave about it and recommend it to me for years and so it's time to take the leap. More importantly, I think meeting and staying with a local when in a new place, is the absolutely best way to get to know somewhere new. I love meeting new people and having new, authentic experiences.

I love yoga and wandering around new neighborhoods and getting lost...

I'm a nutritionist and really enjoy spending time in the kitchen making healthy meals (Im happy to cook for you while there).

Yoga is my rock and it keeps me balanced, energetic and happy -- I love to both practice it and teach it...and am happy to offer free lessons to my hosts :)

I also love music, I have zero musical talent, but feel like everything in the world is enhanced when music is included.

I love to dance and although it contradicts my otherwise healthy lifestyle I very much enjoy a good drink.

I don't have a favorite movie or book...but I tend to enjoy a good mix of light-airy and funny reads as well as non-fiction books, that inspire, teach or encourage personal growth.

Went to India on a whim to attend yoga teacher training, even though I had only ever actually attended a yoga class 3 times before in my life...it was intense but worth it in the end!

Hmmm...I can share tons of tips on healthy eating and how to create healthy meals. I'm also a social media writer and content creator and can help hosts with that. What else...I'm a great listener if you just needs someone to talk/vent to.
