Overview
About Me
I live in Sheridan, WY, a place I have absolutely fallen in love with. I work as a muscle stimulation therapist, helping people to get out of chronic pain and recover faster from injuries. I have a degree in Kinesiology (the study of human movement) and love nothing more than helping people become pain free. I'm outgoing and love meeting new people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I traveled the world to learn about all types of alternative medicine. I learned as many types as possible to make them all accessible from one location in my small town. I visited many countries, and have had amazing experiences.
I used couchsurfing a few times on my travels, and now I'm willing to host anyone making their way through Sheridan.
Interests
I love to ride horses. I worked on a ranch in Wyoming where I would ride for 8-10 hours a day. Biking is my other hobby, and thankfully something that exists around the world. I also really love playing the piano, rock climbing, and being anywhere that I'm outside.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to all kinds of music, every genre has something to offer. Same goes for movies and books. I enjoy anything that keeps my attention.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Completed a 10-day Vipassana course. This is an intense buddhist meditation course, in which participants aren't allowed to speak, exercise, make eye contact, read or write for 10 days. The time is filled with over 10 hours of meditation per day.
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm willing to share or teach anything I know that may interest you! I'm also willing to learn anything that you're willing to teach.
