I'm 19 and me and my best friend James are planning on spending 6months travelling at the end of April 2018 NZ-AUS-Bali-South East Asia until August (very excited and nervous)

I was actually born in NewZealand in Palmerston North and lived there until I was 6 then came to the UK. Always dreamed of travelling, my parents are huge travellers and I can just tell it's in my blood.

And yeah that's really me at the moment, my fave flower is sunflowers and I have an obsession with strawberries 🍓

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought if done well it's a lovely way to meet new people, learn things you could never know from staying in a hotel. You're meeting new friends and saving money and learning all these new cool things, what could be better!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to Uganda and volunteered out there with the local villages for a few weeks and I loved every second. We went to Jinja and in met so many amazing people and learnt so much about their culture and saw a real difference being made talking to the younger generation and their points of view!! I loved it and wish I could do it all over again with more stuff to leave behind.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm always happy to get in some food and cook a big meal. I like to play card games and have a smile on my face. Although I don't have any musical or amazing talent (I can't even whistle) I love to learn new things and immerse myself in new places and i know I don't have a lot to share but I'll share everything I can!:)
