ABOUT ME

Long-distance thru-hiker. I hiked the Colorado Trail in the summer of 2016 and intend to hike many more long-distance trails. Between addresses. Backpacker. Writer. I swing between being a shut-in and a very friendly outgoing, adventurous woman. I have a very mellow nature. I make the best vegan chocolate cake you will ever eat and a rad tikka masala. I can chill with the guys as easily as I can hang out with the girls. Not shy about personal space, but highly respectful of boundaries. I love to cook and I will gladly cook for you! I'm intimidated by dogs in general.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For the time being, I have to to participate by being a traveler. I'm more of a storywriter than a storyteller, but I love exchanging tales with friends and new people. I have a tendency to exchange jewelry with people I connect to, and just about everything I wear has a story attached to it.

I make most of my own toiletries: toothpaste, soap, lotion, make-up, skin salve for scrapes and cuts. I would love to teach you how to make such things! I love to cook and would enjoy sharing my recipes and techniques with you!
