Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is an amazing community and definitely something I want to be a part of.
I travel alone so this is a great way to make new friends across the world and to learn about different cultures. It's also a really helpful way to gain knowledge about the city you are visiting from someone who actually lives there.
If I happen to make friends to go out partying and sightseeing with, then that is an added bonus.
