Hi, I'm a traveling chef, hiker, nature enthusiast, forage etc. I am currently in Vancouver looking for somewhere to stay for a while while I start a new job in Canada. I've just returned from an 8 month stint in New Zealand, and would like to start fresh in Vancouver or the surrounding area instead of my hometown of Montreal. I am a chef by trade and enjoy foraging hunting and wild foods. I love to hike and fish and am learning about mushrooms and other foragable foods. And enjoy preparing these ingredients for others. I like to climb mountains, swim, kayak and participate in outdoor sports. I love the thrill of adrenaline I get seeking out new adventures. I also love to draw, read and play survival horror video games. I like Christopher Walkin movies and American muscle cars.. Other than that you'll just have to get to know me.
