We are a couple, taking a break from our lives in Portland, OR, in order to have a little adventure. We are respectful, caring, and practice open communication with each other and other people. AJ has been a professional cook and gardener. Megan has her masters in sociology and is a program coordinator.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are going on a three month journey across the US and will be looking for places to stay in the cities we stop. We will be doing some camping and WWOOFing along the way as well, but want to get to know some new cities and the people in them. We would love to be shown around, but we can also explore on our own.

Interests

We love the outdoors! We are also interested in getting to know new people and places. Megan likes reading, yoga, dancing, hiking and running, camping and going to the beach. She is also interested in social activism. AJ enjoys cooking, running, playing games, jiu jitsu, doing art, and being outdoors. She also enjoys house projects and building things.

Teach, Learn, Share

Megan- can teach anything about sociology, how society works, how to care for children, yoga. She wants to learn- spanish, yoga.
AJ- can teach Italian cooking, jiu jitsu, landscaping. She wants to learn- spanish, your cooking secrets.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We will share any of our skills! Megan will do dishes. AJ will help in the garden. We will share anything that we can.
