To make friends all over, but especially in Nelson, BC where we are moving to soon!! Oh and also to knit socks for the nation.

ABOUT ME

We are a couple who are looking to make some new friends. We enjoy music of most types, healthy cooking, the outdoors, parties, creating and just hangin' out' out.

Lowell works on the farm that we live on and at a grocery store and Megan is currently un-employed.

We have a nice spare room with a double bed available for the right person or people who would like to stay. You'll probably get some meals out of the deal to. We live about a ten minit drive out of Vernon but the bus can take you there. Or one of us can give you a ride. We live on a five acre hobby farm with a nice breakfast/lunch resterant at the other end of the property. We also live quite close to a Provincial Park (Kalamalka Lake Park) That has lots of beautiful biking and hiking trails and a bunch of nice beaches. Cliff jumping is also available at Kal Park.

We're re-locating to Nelson, BC before september 2009 so if you live in the Nelson area we'd love to meet you! So please say hi :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

We saw each other. And we're still amazed.

And once when we were walking in Kal park and when we stopeed for a break an eagle flew over us, stopped, looked at us for a while while riding some air waves, then flew off. It was pretty amazing to be checked out by an eagle and deemed fit to share his park.

Teach, Learn, Share

Cooking!!! I love to teach people to cook and I love new recipes. I can also teach knitting and crocheting.

We would like to learn computer skills (Mac), French, and how to wire basic electronics, LEDs mainly. For crazy wearable art projects.

Megan Would also really like to learn how to make Kanzashi.
