About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'll teach you something if you teach me something ;)

ABOUT ME

I am a very curious person by nature. I am very interested in learning first-hand. I just moved back to the states after a 2 year stay in Marseille, France.

Original music makes me happy, as do original people (meaning people who are themselves and show no shame for it)

I have always loved discovering new things and I go through spurts of different interests! I love learning about food and drink from all around the world. Languages fascinate me. Music is a never-ending obsession. Writing is my passion. I love unusual, unconventional conversations, or conversing with anyone who can keep an open mind and teach me something.

PHILOSOPHY

Experience for yourself, but learn from others.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted people for many different continents and surfed in 3 countries. I also guided quite some people through the streets of Marseille.

Interests

As stated above, my interests come in spurts but never really leave me. I am easily fascinated with the inner-workings of the world. I love to sit and observe, people watching if you will (no judgement involved).
I absolutely love meeting people who can hold an interesting conversation. People who have lived and experienced for themselves always have a good story to tell and something to teach me.
I, in turn, I have a lot to say and will have a lot of questions to throw your way :)

I also LOVE to exchange music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My trip to Japan was one of the first eye-opening experiences for me, which really led to my love for traveling, people, and other cultures.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm drawn to people who:
are open to the world and appreciate the earth.
give just as much or more than they take.
listen as much as they talk.
can teach or show me something new.
