Let's do this indeed. I know my way around a kitchen, have a deeper than average encyclopedia of films & historical facts in my head, can produce a play or teach a pilates class, and am interested in just about everything. I also worked in real estate private equity for four years so I can engage you in discussions of finance, capital markets, and green building standards if you are so inclined.
