About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world and learn languages before doing something meaningful

ABOUT ME

Technically i'm a full time student, however my University has given me a free pass to travel around France for a year! I adore travelling, I think it is the best thing someone can do, I knew from a young age I wanted to see the world and meet new people, perhaps that's why I wanted to learn a language - being able to communicate with a whole other part of the world is pretty cool!

PHILOSOPHY

Don't let society get it your way.
It took me a long time to realise that maybe I don't have to get a high paying job right away, maybe I can do what makes me happy first. For me, that's travelling the world, others it might be relationships or family. Do what makes you happy, not what you think will make you happy!

Interests

I adore reading, more often than not I have a book with me - I think it's so therapeutic to sit down and read, even just for a bit. However, I also think going to the pub or a bar can be equally relaxing! I love going out and experiencing the atmosphere of a cool bar or restaurant!

Music, Movies, and Books

This could be a long list
Books: Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, George Orwell, JD Salinger, Harper Lee, Virginia Woolf, Gertrude Stein (and many more)
Movies: Almost anything by Christopher Nolan, man, can he write a film! I prefer dark/noir films in general - I tend to avoid Romantic Comedies but only because it's embarrassing when I start to cry at all of the emotional bits!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This is hard to pin point, I've never had a truly exciting WOW moment but many amazing little things. For example, when I was in Vienna I met a man playing the cello in the street. A small audience surrounded him but afterwards when I went to praise him he was incredibly humble and took the time to explain a bit of Viennese history and his own feelings about the town. It really put my faith back into humanity, he was utterly selfless and truly inspired - It was a fantastic experience

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In
