About Me
CURRENT MISSION
I am currently working with my partner on his business of a fashion label, whilst we forever dream about where we will travel next!

I am a social worker by training and a fashion extraordinaire by experience who enjoys cycling, is clumsy and loves to be creative.
PHILOSOPHY
Make your dreams your goals...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My partner and I are wanting to meet new people by letting our couch choose its occupants!
We're interested in hearing exciting travel stories as well as researching wonderful places to visit at some point in our lifetimes.
We love meeting new people and have met so many wonderful ones when we have hosted and when we have been hosted. The generosity of human beings is incredible!
Interests
I am very interested in cycling, hiking, photography, writing and adventures, but also happy to learn new things that I haven't yet discovered!
In saying that, when it's raining, my very favourite thing to do is curl up on the couch with a blanket, hot chocolate and a good read!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Anything by Khaled Hosseini, travel stories, world atlases, nothing by J.K Rowling...etc
Music: Erykah Badu, Infected Mushroom, Ray Charles, Six60, Fat Freddy's Drop...the list could go on!
Movies: I can't say - I may be judged :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I established a health centre in a rural Nepali village without prior knowledge of the language - and I grew accustomed to wearing a sari!
Teach, Learn, Share
You will find out when you stay.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Couchsurfing is certainly an amazing way to meet people, but it is important to not take advantage of others. It is a way to share what you have with someone who hasn't. This can be in the form of many things: offering to cook dinner, keeping the place tidy, sharing stories, doing the dishes, etc. It is not expected, but always appreciated.
And if I host you, please write a review so that others also know what to expect when they stay here!
Thanks :)
