My favorite authors right now are Maggie Nelson and Haruki Murakami.

I absolutely love film, but only if it gets at the meat of humanness and I have a bias for stuff with a strong artistic aesthetic

The music that I love is impossible to quantify and my tastes expansive. My top three genius albums of all time are The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady by Charles Mingus, Vespertine by Bjork, and Ys by Joanna Newsom. I also think Mica Levi is a genius. My taste extends far beyond the aforementioned genres

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing Huaynu Picchu in Peru was breathtaking both literally and figuratively.

I enjoy teaching people about edible and medicinal plants. I'm also pretty good at tree ID. My desire to learn is vast. I am eager to share whatever resources I have, physical, emotional, intellectual or otherwise
