About Me
During college I studied Spanish while living in Costa Rica. Then I was a teacher for 9 years in Ghana, Detroit, MI, and Prague. I have joined a few others to open a nonprofit pay-as-you-feel cafe in Chicago. I am loving the international atmosphere that Chicago provides, but I definitely miss living and traveling abroad. So I would love to hang out in the couchsurfing world as much as possible!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet cool people and get a local's point of view on his/her city. On Couchsurfing, I have met some of the most interesting/wonderful people and have been able to travel to places I normally wouldn't have traveled to because of the generosity of these people.
