I am an adult returning student with a focus on international relations and political science. I have been accepted to a special program in Moscow at MGIMO and will start that in the fall. I also will start a special program at Harvard as well.

I have not had the opportunity to travel in 20 years due to some serious health issues that are now, thankfully, behind me. I am currently in France looking to travel as much as possible around Europe. Mainly using Blabla if possible. It's an epic adventure I hope you will want to be a part of. Please let me know if you are able to host myself, and very sweet and well behaved dog-- anytime, anywhere.

I love all the fine arts and attended the Mannes College of Music and played the french horn. I also love all animals and was a horse trainer, show jumping, for the bulk of my adult life.

I travel with my yellow lab, who is a registered seizure alert service dog. He is large but gentle, friendly, and gets along great with all dogs and even cats. His only fault is that he does shed.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am at he end of some type of extensional crisis. One where you realize the most important things in life. People, culture, travel-- and the experiences that allow that to happen.

At some point soon I will start to blog about this and have it be part of senior thesis paper. I'm not set on the topic yet but it will be along the lines of the need for global citizens-- a unifying theme.

I also am working with a student budget. It makes this even more of a challenge but I refuse to give into self limiting beliefs. People are mostly good, kind, and generous. I hope to prove that in these travels. I will have to trust that.
