I graduated in May and realized that I didn't want to settle down and be an adult. So, I decided to take my teaching degree and knowledge of the English language over to Spain where I had studied abroad a few years prior and fallen in love with the culture, sights, and people. I must've had some good karma saved up since I'm now teaching English in a city and school that I love!

I like to make others feel comfortable before myself and value laughter only second to beer. These two qualities (especially when the beer is involved) have helped me make friends easily.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

People are awesome and I want to meet them all! Unfortunately, meeting everyone is not possible but couchsurfing is a great way to meet almost all/a lot of awesome people. I love visiting a place with locals and seeing through their eyes and perspectives. Hole-in-the-Wall places are the best things ever and although I usually, eventually stumble upon some, awesome local people have their own that I'd love to see.
