ABOUT ME

We are Minneapolis based travelers.

Megin was raised in South Carolina and then spent 10yrs in Oregon prior to relocating to the Midwest. She's a physical therapist, dancer, and Gypsy at heart.

Bobby is from the Midwest is a trumpet player. He's currently working as a carpenter but has a passion for cars, photography, and snorkeling.

We love to travel and have a fabulous dog named Stella (St. Bernard/Malamute mix).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted (not as much as I've been hosted). I love traveling and have found Couchsurfing to be a fun low cost exploration of the US. I've not yet tried it internationally.

I am well traveled and would love to share stories and photos.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with a few surf hosts, all of which have been very generous. Often offering food and entertainment.

Interests

Pilates, Swing Dance, Sewing, Hiking, Swimming, Trail Running, Snowboarding, Hot Springs, Learning, Loving, Playing Music ....but not in that order

Currently we are really into Astronomy and have a telescope.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Megin: Hiked the Annapurna trail in Nepal. Hitchhiked New Zeland.
Live in Playa del Carmen for a winter.
Toured Europe with an symphony.
Born on the East Coast, Lived on the West Coast, then moved to the Middle of the North American Cont.

Bobby: Snorkeled in Hawaii, Florida Keys, and Panama. Photographed the stars.
