About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To just have fun! Explore!

ABOUT ME

Craft graduate from South Wales, but studying in Falmouth. I really love getting involved in new things and keeping old skills going, unless it's running then I'm game for most things! I'm a water baby and just really enjoy being outdoors and keeping my hands busy.

PHILOSOPHY

Generally, just be a nice people. Big believer in Karma; so try to put only good things out into the world, and just hope that some will come back to me when I need it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We hosted quite a few surfers in our student flat (both me and another house mate were signed up to CS) It is so nice to invite people in who obviously have very similar values and ways of looking at the world.

Im now no longer able to host people so hoping to gain back some of the generosity we offered out to people!

Interests

I swim and surf in my free time and volunteer with beach cleans. I work in a pub part time. I read, doodle and listen to music always!

Really looking forward to discovering a new side to the places I want to go by getting to know local people!

Any help with where's good to go would be appreciated!

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm awful at watching films or having seen the 'must have' films, but I am always welcome to suggestions and being shown something new and inspiring!

Music, however, I love! I'm not very good at sitting with silence around me (unless I need to concertrate). I get so excited about discovering new things to listen to and sharing the music I love. I'm also attempting to learn the Ukelele, so anyone who needs a willing student - here I am!

Also, really enjoy reading - anything to distract me from reality or inform me of what I should/want to know.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

So far, my most memorable thing has been the two trips to India I have been involved in. Being part of St.John Ambulance I had the opportunity to teach First Aid to Tibetan refugees in Northern India. Both trips were way too short, but I'll be heading back there as soon as!

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: not sure what I could teach...Im a average crochet-er, and always willing to teach!

Learn: my Ukelele might start getting sick of Jason Mraz - "I'm Yours". So a lesson would be great!

Share: I love cooking for more people than just myself! And getting a group of people together to do something outdoors; usualy on the beach!!

What I Can Share with Hosts

It's always so special to swap stories with new friends so Im always up for a bit or story-time!

I love cooking and being social in a kitchen environment!
