Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Basically, I want to meet and learn and appreciate and experience the world around me with people who are open and friendly and passionate about their lives.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Mostly my experience comes mostly from hosting though I have stayed with a few people in the past.
Interests
I love art. [Wherever, whatever, whoever, whenever].
I used to ride a street bike in Philadelphia and made a switch to riding motorcycles when I came to California (and no..not a vespa..a motorcycle). I love being outside and going hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and running whenever I get the chance. I walk otherwise. Too many things to experience with all the senses to have it wiz by in a car!
I LOVE delicious food with lots of texture and taste. The best I've had lately; tacos from East LA, lomito from the Paraguayan cafe with a hot yerba mate, an in-house smoked patrami at the Grand Central Market in DTLA, and the best home cooked Chilean dinner from good friends.
I also enjoy a good street performer.

Music, Movies, and Books
Visual movies like Doctor Zhivago, most Terrance Malick films, and absolutely anything from Terry Gilliam.
The most recent book I picked up was a book of poetry by William Blake.
It's a mix up from just about anything; Girl Talk, DJ Shadow, Nada Surf, the Shins, The Smiths, Barry White, Fleetwood Mac, Oasis, D'Angelo, WuTang, Violeta Para.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing and memorable thing I've seen...is a very hard and singular moment to pinpoint. There are so many..so I guess the most amazing thing I've done is just lived.
Countries I’ve Visited
Bermuda, Cayman Islands, China, France, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Monaco
Countries I’ve Lived In
