ABOUT ME

Just graduated from a nursing program!! Trying to travel around with some friends before I settle down in my new career! I graduated from CSU Chico in 2007 with a degree in Anthropology. I never felt drawn to it, so after traveling around and living in Nairobi for 4 months, I came home and in 2009 decided to go back to school for nursing. I worked at a veterinary clinic for a few years while applying. I started my nursing program Jan 2011, and just passed my boards (am officially an RN). I am continuing my education with my Masters in Nursing, Case Management. I had 6 weeks off from school and hadn't found a job yet, so decided to just keep spending more loan money :-) When I get back my goal is to try to find a job in an emergency or ICU department!

PHILOSOPHY

I have always worked really hard and played really hard. Life is short, and we have to enjoy it.. and I definitely plan on doing that!

Love books, but haven't read much for fun in last few years due to school text books keeping me busy. However, I did just read the Hunger Games trilogy, haha!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

4 backwards flips under water without getting water up my nose.. I know, pretty impressive!
