Health is my passion! I Educate, Empower & Encourage people seeking Holistic Health, Healing & Hope. Its my goal to be a bridge, and it’s my passion to connect, inspire, partner with, and develop others.

I am a health coach, global health major, and my mission is to be a bridge to hope to those around me and to the nations! I love traveling and immersing myself in new cultures and traditions; I’ve been to Thailand, Korea, Mexico, and Haiti. I’m determined to make a difference no matter how small in the lives in both my home town and the world!

My goal is holistic mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, social, environmental health/healing, strength/stewardship; to inspire others to know their worth and achieve their dreams. And to go and do all that God calls me to. It’s what I’m all about.

Inspiring others to know their worth is my personal mission, which is why I chose Global Health as my career path. I periodically travel through missions to places of great need, working hands-on in communities to ignite positive change.

I believe that health is multi faceted; it isn’t just about what is on the surface, but how the body, a company, a community, a nation, functions as a whole. I have a commitment to holistic, alternative, complementary, and integrative healthcare.

I am passionate about sustainability, health, and ministering to the nations, those enslaved in trafficking, poverty, or whatever circumstance cause oppression. It is my deepest desire to be a bridge to hope. I have seen hope, health and fitness change so many lives, including my own, and that is why I am so passionate about it.
