Hi! I'm a student with a budget and a dream to see the world :) I'm still learning a lot about myself but I can tell you what I do know so far I guess (albeit a little scary to put myself out there like this). I'm a child at heart. Anything sweet, squishy or sparkly does excite me. I'm most peaceful when surrounded by nature. I don't particularly have hobbies because I constantly need to do something new to keep me going. I'm 20 and am pretty much a living contradiction. I simultaneously have strong views and beliefs due to certain experiences but also an open mind to new things. :)

The idea of traveling around popped up in my head as a child, when I couldn't make sense of all this conflict over mere differences and the adults couldn't help me make sense of it, best as they tried. To be honest, I still don't quite get it. So I figured maybe if I tried to understand all (or how many ever) differences I could, maybe things would begin to make sense. But so far, I still don't get the point of conflicts over it. So that is my main reason to travel around. To understand different lifestyles, cultures, geographical areas, people, etc. Does it sound cliché? I'm sure it does. But in my opinion, clichés have become what they are over time because of often they are used. And they're used so because they're best put that way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on a semester abroad till July 2018 in Bremen, Germany. Unfortunately, I have a limit on my spendings and would love to save on accommodation while widening my understanding of people and cultures at the same time!
