About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Survive my internship year and pursue a surgical residency... someday I will travel the world again!
ABOUT ME
I was born in Nelson, B.C. I grew up in Durango, CO. Spent a couple years in Jackson Hole, WY pretending to work, but really just skiing and playing as much as possible. Travelled around South America sola for my last hurrah before starting vet school in Fort Collins.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Couchsurfed around South America, met some great people this way, and now I hope to host people and meet some more people that I can live vicariously through for the next 4 years!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had more people end up on my couch than I can mention in this space. I found out about this actual CouchSurfing network just before traveling to Bolivia, Peru, and Argentina. It was great way to meet people and to get to know the area.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love books some favorites include Don't Let's Go to the Dogs Tonight, Choke, Animal Farm, Skinny Legs and All. Music: Sublime, Tom Petty, the Roots, Modest Mouse, anything except country music (and there's even a few country songs that I secretly like). Movies: Juno, Planet Earth, Amores Perros, Abre Los Ojos, Kill Bill, pretty much all Quentin Tarantino movies (Inglorious Bastards, Natural Born Killers, Pulp Fiction, etc).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I watched an elephant birth in Zimbabwe. It was definitely one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. I also just summited a 20,000 foot peak (well, 19,726ft, but really!), it was sort of a spur of the moment decision :)
