About Me
I opened my eyes to the world at 1995, August in Alanya/Antalya/Turkey and living in Manavgat/Antalya today :) Because it is small town and a very good touristic place, I guided to almost a thousand people (Germans, Russians, British) to where they want to go :) Then this came to me with foreign cultures' curiosity. This can maybe a lot to you but I was having civil engineering degree in university until last year, now I'm studying English Language Teaching in METU. Beside that, I'd love travel abroad and domestic. I can adapt any condition which I must as host or guest. Really in love dogs or cats. Non smoker but if you are I can adapt that too :) Can sleep anywhere which soft :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
One day, when I was travelling around in my country, I thought that world is not about just my country. I should be able to learn the other cultures' experiences about the world and understand their perspectives. And when I'm researching about that I found this beautiful website which makes that easier for everybody. If I want to learn about some other country's culture, who can to that better than it's local people. Of course this can get risky but I think we have a short life to stay silent and always protect ourselves about every small thing. We should be able to share our experiences and this should be mutual not only for free bed to sleep :)
Interests
I am a huge Fenerbahce fan but not a hooligan :) In fact when I was travelling at Rome, I saw Luigi Datome in Piazza Venezia who is captain of Italian National Basketball team and forward of Fenerbahce. I was pretty lucky :)
I love to put my headphones and get lost in a city which I was never been, find non touristic places and death end street, graffitis made by local artists giving us reflection of the city's non seen parts.
TV Series and movies takes a big part obviously as everyone else. Recently I saw The Marvelous Mrs. Maissel which was great because gender equality is not mentioning enough in our lives.

In movie part I am a huge fan of Christopher Nolan movies and Harry Potter series. I know every quote about them.
I read all of the Tolkien's and JK Rowling's books. Loved the Kite Runner and Les Miserables.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I travelled Europe alone... We planned this trip 2 years ago, with my 3 close friends, bought tickets and made booking reservations and stuff. But then something happened and I found myself alone. I was thinking that I can't do this alone for 17 days, this will be my first abroad trip. Then, I met this friend she really helped me, she travelled alone and inspired me to do this myself. And I said what the hell, I will use my reservations :)
It was a lifechanger experience and met brilliant people. I'm still in touch with them. This is absolutely upgraded my self confidence to top class.

I don't know what to write this section but I think I can help to you in anything you want if i must do. Like brush the dishes or small cleaning etc. :)
