UPDATE: Looking for travel buddies for Southeast Asia- December '14. Buzz me if you're in.

I'm 24, recently graduated from the National University of Singapore. Currently working in the financial services industry in Singapore. I was born in Mumbai,India but I pretty much grew up in Singapore, where I've lived for close to 10 years now. I started Couchsurfing when I was in the United States in 2011 for a semestral exchange programme at the University of Connecticut, Storrs. I love exploring new places, and in particular, interesting nooks and corners of various cities. I'm a huge foodie so I'm big time into tasting interesting dishes from around the world. I like debating in general, so I'd always be game for conversations about history, politics, economics, philosophy, culture and so on. I love adventure sports, so I'm always up for things like hiking, biking, white water rafting, paragliding, zorbing, bungee, roller coasters..basically anything and everything that's even slightly dangerous, challenging or exhilarating! Some interesting/ quirky things about me:1) I love paranormal stuff/horror movies/anything scary. I usually take pride in the fact that I'm not easily scared :P2) I love photographing buildings, especially abandoned ones. As a result, I also tend to know about architectural styles (Greco-Roman, Art Deco, Bauhaus, Modernist, etc)3) I've developed a keen interest in finance very recently, so I've started monitoring the markets and building (virtual!) portfolios. Would be awesome if I could meet someone who's proficient in this field :)You'd really have to meet me before you make any judgement :)PLACES I'VE VISITED IN THE WORLDvisited 7 states (3.11%)Create your own visited map of The World or website vertaling duits?STATES I'VE VISITED IN THE UNITED STATES visited 6 states (12%)Create your own visited map of The United States or website vertaling duits?
