Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I sometimes I'm tired of always going to hostels. I thought Couchsurfing would be great to meet locals specifically and maybe go beyond the tourist sights (although I love visiting those too!) with people who really know what they are doing.

I definitely want to learn more about cooking, because I can't cook a lot of things. I think food, however, is a huge part of any culture, and having someone help me is always better and more effective than trying to learn on my own. I can also offer a language exchange with any of the languages I am learning.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I offer an open mind and spontaneity, I love hearing diverse perspectives from other travelers, even the ones that I thought I initially don't agree with. I find that I usually make better connections with people in general in smaller groups, which is also why I chose to participate in Couchsurfing, and am always up for meeting new people.
