HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've just joined Couchsurfers and attended my first event a month ago in Sydney. I hope to be able to surf in Europe, and one day when I have my own place, be able to host other surfers as well!

I love playing sports, particularly tennis, rock climbing and I've recently taken up indoor soccer- it's intense! Love dancing and having a great night out with friends new and old - everything from trance to retro, count me in on the dancefloor. Catching up with friends over a great meal and house parties are always fun.

I'm a big fan and proponent of using social media and technology for inspiring change. From working with it professionally, fostering community and bringing online connections into real life brings with it a whole new world of experiences and people who can touch your life in different ways.

I'm interested in discovering stories, weaving aspects of that story together through different mediums of video, text, pictures and sound to create a truly unique experience of that story for everyone to share. Through my own personal travel experiences, I've observed how the smallest thing such as a picture, text message or even a status update can inspire those around you, so long as your passion for whatever it is you're capturing at the moment comes through.
