Overview
About Me
I am an independent farmer, cultivating my own land with dedication and passion. Beyond the fields, I am an avid adventurer, always eager to explore new horizons, embrace fresh experiences, and expand my knowledge.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe that the best way to truly experience a place is through the people who call it home. As a passionate traveler and adventurer, I love connecting with locals, sharing stories, and immersing myself in different cultures. Whether it’s exchanging knowledge, learning new perspectives, or simply making unforgettable memories, I see Couchsurfing as more than just a way to find a place to stay—it's a gateway to meaningful human connections and authentic experiences.
I’ve worked as a local guide in Kerinci for two years, giving me deep knowledge of the area’s natural beauty, cultural heritage, and must-visit spots. I have also studied English for some time, making it easier to communicate with travelers from different backgrounds. Additionally, as both an Islamic tutor and student, I’m always happy to share insights about Islam with those who are interested, fostering understanding and meaningful discussions. Whether you want to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Kerinci, learn about the local culture, or gain a deeper understanding of Islam, I’d love to be part of your journey

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is climbing Mount Kerinci not just once, but three times—each journey offering a new challenge and a deeper connection with nature. As for Mount Tujuh, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve conquered its trails, exploring its mystical beauty over and over again. Every climb has been a unique adventure, filled with breathtaking landscapes, unforgettable moments, and a growing appreciation for the natural wonders of Kerinci
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach others about the rich culture, history, and traditions of Kerinci, as well as share insights from my experience as a local guide and farmer. I enjoy discussing Islamic teachings with those who are curious and can also introduce travelers to the local language and way of life. At the same time, I am always eager to learn—whether it’s new languages, different cultural perspectives, unique travel experiences, or even traditional cooking from other parts of the world. I believe every interaction is an opportunity to grow. I love sharing stories from my adventures, guiding people to the best hidden spots in Kerinci, and offering a warm, welcoming space where travelers can feel at home while experiencing the beauty of my homeland
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer my hosts a comfortable and welcoming stay, providing a clean restroom and delicious home-cooked meals. My home is a place where guests can relax, experience local hospitality, and enjoy traditional food made with fresh ingredients. Beyond just a place to stay, I’m happy to share stories, guide travelers to hidden gems in Kerinci, and offer insights into the local culture, nature, and way of life. Whether it's sharing meals, meaningful conversations, or helping guests explore the area, I strive to make their stay a memorable and enriching experience.
