Overview
About Me
Simply put are my interests; to understand, be able to and refine thought and the world around me. Specifically put; I enjoy conversing, accompanied by a Dutch roller, beer/wine or, sober like a stone.. Clear and lucrative, slippering through the slippery slopes, the universal channels of shared attention.
I make music with a looper station, draw for my school, talk in front of audiences and play the teamsports fitnessing and swimming alone. I also meditate every day, in a very secular way.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
How do we normally break the surfing ice?
Maybe by doing things we actually like to do! I will take with me my looper station, so we can make a couchsurfing song! I can help you clean, or we can make a story together, cook together, make it a couchsurfing cookbook.. meditate together? Watch a lecture and discuss it afterwards?
The core of the project is to be vulnerable, and open for not knowing what's to come. There will be two directors, and I ain't bringing anybody with me ;)
I am also very curious.
If this is nothing for you, or you simply do not have time or space, suggest a friend who might like this!

Music, Movies, and Books
A whole lot of music. My ear hears foremost old/neo soul, same goes for funk, r&b, hiphop, beats, experimental, off-grid music.
I like arthouse, obscure crate diggers, pulp, stoner flicks, (standup) COMEDY!
Reggie Watts is one of my biggest heroes.
I am trying to read more books. Am reading Homo Deus right now, form Yuval Harrari. Ordered a David Foster Wallace book recently. Also Sam Harris is high on my list. Behave from Robert Sapolsky will be my book for life.
For now I am watching a lot of lectures/non-fiction on YouTube, from scientists and philosophers, writers, thinkers. It varies widely.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-I ate way too much last night
-Writing about how amazing my life is
-It will actually be within your power to experience a crowded, hot, slow, consumer-hell type situation as not only meaningful, but sacred, on fire with the same force that made the stars: love, fellowship, the mystical oneness of all things deep down. Not that that mystical stuff is necessarily true.
The only thing that’s capital-T True is that you get to decide how you’re gonna try to see it.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to be straight forward in a philosophical/epistemic responsible context.
