PHILOSOPHY

I urge you to please notice when you are happy, and exclaim or murmur or think at some point, "If this isn't nice, I don't know what is."
- Kurt Vonnegut

"The mind is everything: what you think, you become."

"If you want to make an omelette, you gotta break some eggs." - Fight Club

"What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others."
-Pericles

"Remember, Red, hope is a good thing, maybe the best of things, and no good thing ever dies."
-The Shawshank Redemption

"Oh yes, the past can hurt. But the from way I see it, you can either run from it, or learn from it."

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived in Paraguay for the Peace Corps as a Community Health Volunteer for over two years!

Teach, Learn, Share

I was an exercise science major and a public health minor - so I got your health on lock down. I've also practiced some acupuncture and hope to pursue Eastern and Alternative Medicine full time in the future! I've got art skills and would love to paint or draw you something. I'm a decent athlete, always down to be a part of anything active! I am fluent in Spanish and Paraguayan native language Guarani. I have picked up some tricks of the trade in organic farming through my Peace Corps experience and WWOOFing, and am delighted to apply this knowledge whenever I can.

Would love to learn more about your passion! It is my greatest pleasure to witness people succeed at what they know in their soul they were meant to do.

I have a profound interest in and would love to learn more about Eastern Medicine, Zen Buddhism, excellent cooking, beers... anything interesting you have to offer! I love to learn.
