I'm a 22 year old lover of all things related to travel and discovery. Seriously, If im not travelling, I'm planning my next journey. I took a year off from university to see Europe, and the travel bug has well and truly bitten hard.
I love art, music, culture, great conversation and I'm always up for an adventure!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Sharing in the amazingly generous community that is couchsurfing!
I had the marvelous luck to be hosted a couple of times in Europe in 2010, and now, I love meeting the random couch surfer at home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've just been hosted, and participated in a few couchsurfing adventures... everytime I am more and more amazed by the generosity and amazingness of the couch hosts/organisers that I meet.
An example: Lucerne, Switzerland, September 2010 - I thought that my confirmation that I was arriving had gone through.. turns out due to a computer error - it hadn't. There I am, turning up on the doorstep of the host I thought was expecting me, only to be met with a blank look of surprise.
To cut a long story short, he let me stay anyway.. and it is this generosity that I want more than anything give back - when I have a place of my own.

Interessi

I think foremost it would have to be creativity and all things that branch off it - Art, Music, cooking...
And of course travelling! But that goes without saying right?

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

So far... it's a close battle between climbing a random mountain in Pamukkale, Turkey with red wine, watching the sunset in a sunshower and contemplating the sheer insignificance of life... and witnessing the end of the Mayan Calendar in 2012 from Tikal, the centre of the Mayan world itself...
