ABOUT ME

I have not stayed more than 5 months in the same place in the last 15 years. I guess I am a traveller!
I work in hospitality for the winter seasons, snowboarding is my drug! And fruit picking sometimes.
In 2011 I traveled by the sea from NZ to Malysia, and in 2012 from Portugal to the Caraibeans, then through Mexico on the way to Burning Man.
Since 2013 i spent a bit more than 4 years in Canada. With the working holiday visa, I was a lifty (lifting people's vibe up!) @ kicking horse. Then i did a variety of work exchanges along with volunteering or cooking in a food truck at music festivals throughout the summer.
As I travel along I am becoming a professional hitchiker, and doing great with work exchange everywhere I go!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I am traveling alone, it's nice to meet new people and know more about how locals do.
I am really easy going and clean. I would be very happy to cook or help with whatever is needed in the house or the garden. I would also love to share some adventures.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I did more wwoofing than couchsurfing, and also stayed at people's places when hitchiking.

Intereses

hiking, cycling, snowboarding, yoga, listenning to different kinds of music, volunteering at music festivals, dancing , swimming, snorkelling, sailing, meeting new people and making friends, sharing adventures, helping friends with different projects, gardening.

i like crafts: collages, jewellery from seeds, shells, wood...and recycling.

all kind of music, particularly world and ethnic music, rock, reggae, electro, trance...
all kind of movies, but not hollywood's, and documentaries.
i mostly read true stories, a bit of spirituality, and discovered science fiction! but don't create much time for it...

•1 month with a local family in the desert in India,
•Climbing to the top of an active volcano in Vanuatu,
•Sailing from New Zealand to Malaysia,
•Sailing across the Atlantic ocean,
•Cave tour in Mexico,
•Helped a film crew in Alaska
•Spent 2 months in North Canada to experience northern lights.
• 6 days kayaking and camping in BC.
