We just start a familly and settle for a moment after traveling years across north America and we're looking for the next crazy adventures including starting a microbrewery, building a home and traveling to iran !

We're a couple around 35 : A big tiny girl who dreams as a kid to always be an adventurer and a guy who never really travel before but flew to Yukon Territory to join her ...
We're now joined on our adventures by our two kids full of joy and energy born in 2019 and 2021

On vient d'avoir des enfants et on est dans une période plus sédentaire après des années de voyage à travers l’Amérique du nord nous voila occupés à préparer nos prochaines aventures : Démarrer une brasserie, auto construire notre chez nous et voyager en Iran

On est un couple autour de 35 ans avec deux enfants.
Une grande-petite fille qui rêvait d'être une aventurière, de partir vers la route de la soie, sur un cargo de la marine marchande ou dans un avion de l’aéropostale ! Et un garçon qui n'avait jamais vraiment voulu voyagé mais c'est envolé la rejoindre au Yukon !
Nos enfants pleins de bonheurs et d’énergie sont nés en 2019 et 2021

PHILOSOPHY

I live to fulfill my dreams, to love and to have no regrets . I'm happy with who I am and what I got and giving hapiness around me when I can.
One environmental educator I really like Louis Espinasous said to me " I can't change the world but I hope I can try to change my street" .

Je vie pour mes rêves et pour ne jamais rien regretter. j'ai appris a être heureuse de chaque moment que la vie me donne et j'aime pouvoir donner de petits bonheurs autour de moi.
Essayer de devenir sage ... Un pédagogue que j'admire Louis Espinasous m'a dit "Je ne changerais pas le monde mais j’espère que j'aurais un peu changé ma rue"

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We traveled for two years all across Canada and the states We were true nomads, we had no car and we mostly hitchhike . We mostly volunteer with Helpex and Woofing staying weeks at the same place to really discover them. We always tried to make ourselves useful and to really contribute to a non profit economy. Between two places and during shorter stays so many people spontaneously or with Internet helped us and offer us a place to stay, a place in there car, a meal , a great moment, a coffee, a smile ... I still can't believe all that generosity.
now we have our own place at home for a while and I will never forget that the world give us. If a real traveler friend is in need at my door my place is just open . You're welcome to rest for some days and find a home while you're on the road.

Ok now I still have to precise some less "all hippy-lovely-welcomy" things
Couch surfing was according to me one of the most beautiful project to change the world . I'm part of the pioneer of the website and I host and traveled a lot with it during all my 2O's . It was such a fantastic experience to know couch surfing at the beginning when it was all about sharing, giving and helping the others. It change so much during the last years with a lot more opportunists people who just look for a free hostel . Honestly it really make me sad !

When I do a request myself . I never send just a general request. I write a full e-mail with the name of my potential host in it ... I also really introduce myself, why I want to stay with that particular person, why I travel.

Basically if you contact me I expect you to :
-Have a full profile with not just 2 sentences ... It's basic respect .
-Read my full profile and home section (you find a small phrase in it to include in you're request to check if you did) . If you don't contact me with a personal e-mail like I always did myself even really in need as again a basic respect for my host sorry but I probably can't host you.
-Be honest. If you don't really have any particular interest in meeting me but are really in need, if you just need a night to crash after a party . If you're honest we can probably talk about it . I also know place to stays at and to camp for free ... it's all about how you present yourself.
-Prefer Be Welcome . Nowdays I'm not always on couch surfing ... you can give it a try but maybe I won't get the message on time. I'm way more involved with Be Welcome (a non-profit like couch surfing was) and if you contact me on this website (look for kiranthia) with a full and honest profile and request you're nearly sure to have a couch somehow !
-Realize even if It seems crazy nowadays that I don't have my e-mails on my phone... So I often can't answer during the day to an emergency request.

I'm Currently working in a Waldorf preschool and I have my own artistic projects in jewelery making and weaving
I'm very involved in a Celtic historical reenactment group as a fighter and as a weaver

Je fais partie d'une troupe de reconstitution celtique et je compte en rejoindre une centrée sur la période Viking. Je m’intéresse aussi beaucoup à l'histoire sociologique et géopolitique notamment de l'Asie Centrale, l’Amérique latine, les régions arctiques, à l'histoire des luttes et des Utopies .

J'ai grandis dans les montagnes et elles me sont indispensables, je ne peux pas imaginer vivre sans une balade en foret, une nuit à la belle et une récolte de myrtilles sauvages !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Next to my house there is a castle on top of cliff. Very early one morning me and my best friend climbed the scaffolding and we sat on top watching the sun dawn. We were far above the rest of the world and the beauty of the valley spread out before us. The early morning sunbeams, broken into firey reds and passionate yellows by the prism of the sky, painted a picture more beautiful than any of the master pieces I have ever see.

Prés de chez moi il y a un château, sur ce château des échafaudages, sous les échafaudages une vallée, sur les échafauds moi et mon ami, il était 5 heures, le soleil c'est levé. On ne peut que se taire devant cette beauté. Voir le monde ce n'est pas aller loin, c'est savoir encore s'émerveiller de ce qui est chaque jour devant nos yeux.

We can teach you some Spanish and French and maybe some things about crafts, nature or bush-craft . We can help fixing stuff . We're generally always happy to help with any kind of project.

We're always curious to learn about everything but actually we're particularly interested in:
- learning more about making beer
-learning Russian and Farsi
-learning how to be a good chess player
-learning more about building techniques (we hope to build our own house)
