Hi there! Finally settled in the Sunset and loving it. About me: extremely laid-back and outgoing, if you have an irreverent sense of humor and don't take yourself too seriously, we'll get along just peachy.

Attending as many local CS events as possible; our group ROCKS! LOVE hosting when I can, and can't wait for the next surfing adventure!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In a word, AMAZING! Three countries in two weeks; exhausting, but worth every blister =D

Interests

Live music - This is like air. Live for amazing live shows and attend as many as possible. Last one was Alabama Shakes and can't wait for Kings of Leon.

Cinema - I'm a film geek and newly converted media arts major. If you're up to seeing any and all types of movies, you've already won a special place in my heart!

LOVE great stand-up and hope to catch more.

Useless at golf, but love it.

Love to sing and dance, though the jury's out on how good I am.

Love to cook and entertain.

And also, of course, love to travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Completely unapologetic pop lover, especially UK pop. Queen and the Pixies always top my list, but lately listening to The Elected, Local Natives, De La, Roy Orbison, Passion Pit, Raphael Saadiq and Alabama Shakes.

Film - I'm a complete film geek. Some movies that get repeated play are: Once(of course), Wet Hot American Summer, District 9, Jeux d'Enfants, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, Apocalypto, I Love You Man...just to name a few.

Books - Currently reading Outer Dark and A Confederacy of Dunces.
Roald Dahl taught me all of life's lessons!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Got all green lights on the way to an appointment I was running late for.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a pretty decent cook and can help with basics.

I can give beginner cello lessons.

I can teach most of the bad words in Tagalog and Spanish.

I'd love to learn exactly what each of the buttons on my remotes do.

Must learn Japanese, Italian and the Thriller dance.
