About Mel

I'm currently studying a Master of Social Justice, and I volunteer for Red Cross. My interests include languages, learning, nutrition, dance, travel... I love exploring places on foot or on a bicycle. Friends describe me as calm, friendly and creative.

About Nick

I'm a DJ, musician, and a grant writer in the arts industry. I love live music gigs, festivals, Australian football, and meeting new people. I'm currently training to run a half marathon (and a marathon after that). Friends describe me as social, charismatic and fun.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We both love having people stay with us in our home city, Melbourne. We've lived there for more than a decade, and are enthusiastic about sharing all the great parts with others. There's nothing better than showing a visitor around and giving them the benefit of all our local knowledge.
