About Me
I'm a sort of journalist for the public magazine of my city and, since a few months, I'm an illustrator too.
I'd like to travel a lot but it's very complicated because I raise my son alone and I have a great job but absolutely not lucrative !
In facts, we try to make a short journey once a year, usually in France. But, my son and I are fond of England and I want to get him in for it's 13th birthday.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'd like to plan a trip with my son in 2016 for his 13th birthday. But, I've not a lot of money so I search for alternatives ways of travelling.
Interests
I like to read (a lot), to paint (watercolor), to cook and to make photos (too many !).
Some of my friends tell I am a geek (but, not totally ;) !).
I'm also a whovian and I like a lot Jane Austen too.
I have a mini-gardens and some vegetables on my balcony.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classic is my music but I also listen to black metal, rock, jazz... My favourites bands and singers are regularly changing, so, in this moment it's Oxmo Puccino (Au pays d'Alice; about Alice in Wonderland, just awesome !), Oldelaf (a French singer, very funny), Gainsbourg, System of a Down, Dead can dance, Jeanne Added, Muse, Imagine Dragons and, for the classic, Satie, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Schiffrin...
Books are all my life too : Coben, Highsmith, Izner, Thilliez, Austen and so many others ! I'm a kind of "bookahoolic" :)
Movies... it depends on my mood : EnglishTv dramas (Doctor Who, Pride and prejudice, Northanger abbey, Poirot, Marple, Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the sheep, Lewis, Morse, etc.) ; Blockbusters like Mission Impossible (all of them); Woody Allen, Wim Wenders, Hitchcock...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Eat salads from my balcony own production !!!
