I like to keep things fun and light and I like to think I'm pretty funny (you'll know whenever I'm telling a joke, because I always laugh at them). I just graduated from UC Santa Cruz as a Linguistics/Language Studies major and am a proud student! Currently I live in West Hollywood in the Los Angeles area soaking up as much fun and entertainment as humanly possible. I'm also currently preparing for my master's program!

Philosophy:
Life is a stage. Each character we meet comes with all of their intentions, visible and hidden, missions, passions, worries, masks, joys, and revelations. It is where these intersect, we find connection, and where they clash, we find conflict.. All of it, the connections and the conflicts make for the worrisome and spectacular drama that is life--it is my goal to fully understand and appreciate this drama by living at my max capacity.

I have another account that I can't access due to weird old-email reasons. I've couchsurfed once before and had an awesome experience. I'm almost 100% positive I will prefer being in a more sociable living space and getting to know people than some alienated hotel.

Movies. Let's see. Horrible Bosses--it's arguably the best comedy to come out in the past couple of years. To list some off: Bridesmaids, Anchorman, La Lengua de Mariposas ("The Tongue of Butterflies"), Pulp Fiction, King's Speech, Blades of Glory, Indiana Jones.

My musical taste can be divided into three camps--though I do love all kinds of music. Spanish Salsa or Rock music. Hyphy and rap music. American rock, punk/alternative rock. Generally, I can be found listening to the artists listed below:
