my name is Melanie. I´m interestet in new cultures and meeting new people. In my opinion it´s important to connect with the world...with people, animals and nature. As an outgoing person I know many people and enjoy events in a group. For example go to a party, watching films, dancing, cooking , do some sports, climbing, swimming, yoga and so on. I´m an active person and let me surprise from life. If you want to go outside for freetime, don´t be shy and ask me. Maybe I will join you!

I work in the media industry as a Marketing Manager. This job is a good challenge for me, but I more enjoy helping animals (to find a new family). In my free time I spend a lot of time in animal shelters: care about cats and dogs. Besides this I meet my friends or go on a journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing sounds like an adventure for me, so I´ve started 1 years ago. My first expirience was in germany, in Trier, with a nice guy from this plattform. I was so impressed from his hospitality and character that I want to spare this feeling with other peoples. At the moment I improving my english skills in a special course. It makes so fun:) Maybe you can help me to train english!?? I would be very happy about it...
And in exchange I teach you in German, show you my culture or some German meals if you want.
