I'm low-maintenance and flexible, authentic and accepting so people feel at ease with me and we usually get to know each other rather easily.

Noteworthy:
1) Profoundly allergic to mold and cigarette smoke and their residues. I cannot state this vigorously enough.
2) I cook for myself due to many food allergies. I’ve become a great intuitive cook!
3) Not interested in drinking.

5) I will NOT engage with anyone who doesn't have references.
