Why I’m on Couchsurfing

If you take a step away from *usual tourist spots* it gives you the chance to see a city from a different perspective and by sharing your time with locals getting an impression of a city's atmosphere…

Interests

I'm always enthusiastic for local traditions, any expansion of my culinary and social horizon and many *under free sky* activities… You can motivate me for jungle tracking but also wisiting the opera ;)

No worry, to be a couchpotato or cook something and hang out with a glass of wine (or tea) somethimes is absolutely fine as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

* (hope little crasy instead of amazing is ok…) met a crocodile in a remote cave in middle of nowhere Australia by walking in knee-deep water with a baby-flashlight.... and then it popped off
* finished my RD and just bought my drysuit - lakes & rivers in switzerland, I'm ready :)
* Usually travelling just with handluggage meant once because of theluggage size to wear all clothes (for snow temperature) to pass the passport control - by sitting in the humide/hot tropical waiting hall for 2 hours which was kinde of to small to change without getting in trouble I had the longest free sauna session ever
