I have recently been playing a lot of hide-and-go-seek with myself, trying to find out who I am and what my passions are in life. I get excited about the little things. Living itself gets me excited to live some more. I think that may be the reason people tell me that I tell the worst stories... I build them up by being so excited and then when something even more exciting should happen, the story ends.
I also love music, the kind that gets inside of you and makes you want to sing at the top of your lungs until your throat is sore and your mouth is dry, the kind of music that you can feel in your stomach, that inspires you and encourages you and has something to say for itself. The kind of music that has such a powerful effect on you that when you listen to it, time stands still -- music that you can listen to all day, every day without ever getting bored of it because each time you listen, you learn something new about yourself.

I'm super laid back, easy-going & spontaneous.

I don't want to die thinking there were things I missed out on doing because I never could afford them or never had the time. There will never be a better time to do anything!

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: a true sucker for the romantic comedy and I am determined to live life as if every moment was as desperate as the moments in those films. Love Actually is an all time favorite of mine. Any film Hugh Grant was in. Doomsday. Garden State. The Wedding Singer. Movies that make me happy, movies that make me cry, movies that get at some emotion inside me.
MUSIC: Too much to list. Just ask!
BOOKS: I love to read! The Alchemist. Dave Eggars. The Perks of Being a Wallflower (the first great book I remember reading). Haruki Murakami. Books about places I've never been are inspiring. Books about people I haven't met are inspiring.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Took a solo last minute trip to England for two weeks. Spent a lovely Christmas in Oxford. Met some amazing new people. Couchsurfed for the first time.
