ABOUT ME

I grew up the daughter of an Army man, so I learned early in life the joy meeting new friends in new places can bring. I have lived in 5 states: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Virginia, and Minnesota. I enjoy things from each of those places; city life, outdoor/woodsy/nature life, and my favorite being on the water!

I enjoy spending time outdoors and trying new things. I like to meet new people and learn about different cultures through traveling and other people's travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Disney movies, chick flicks, funny movies, and some action movies. Scary movies are usually the only movies that I don't care for.

I really enjoy almost any music! The only music I don't care for is hardcore rock or rap.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While traveling and visiting other countries, the hospitality of complete strangers always amazes me. I enjoy meeting such kind people which helps to restore my faith in humanity in the world!

Within the USA, Yellowstone National Park is one of my favorite places to visit! The landscape of Yellowstone is so drastically diverse, and the scenery and wildlife are absolutely amazing!

Each foreign country I've visited has it's own incredible piece of my travel history! Included is; snorkeling the great barrier reef in Australia, visiting the DMZ in Korea, touring the Rhine River and Black Forest in Germany, playing with and teaching school children in Mexico, snorkeling in Grand Cayman, and sleeping in tree houses in Puerto Rico.
